This Vietnamese banknote represents the 2nd denomination of the Second Dồng (Series 1985). The observe depicts the Flag Tower of Hanoi, which predates the French colonial era. The reverse features an illustration of the famous Hạ Long Bay. All Second Dồng banknotes smaller than 200 Dồng have been retired. (Note Size: 114 x 57 mm or 4.49 x 2.34 in)
