This small Belarusian banknote represents the 2nd denomination of the First Ruble (Series 1998). The observe features Troitskoye predmestye (Trinity Hill), a historic district in Minsk. The reverse features the notes "5000" ruble value on a guilloche background. Notably the Series 1992-93 version of this banknote previously featured Pahonia, the Belarussian Coat of Arms from 1992-1995. This banknote was demonetized, on 31 December 2003.
