This small Indian banknote represents the sole denomination of the Rupee (Emission 2015). The observe features the note's value and the Asoka Lion capital. The reverse depicts the Sagar Samrat, the first Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) built by India. Notably the 1 Rupee is the only note directly issued by the Indian Government.
