This post-reunification Yemeni banknote represents the 3rd denomination of the "Reunification Rial" (Series 1990). The observe features the famous bronze statue of Ma'adkarib, discovered in the ruins of Ancient Nashqum. The reverse depicts the city of Shibam Hadramawt, known for its unique mudbrick high-rises.
