The 4th Series BAFSV were printed as a successor of the 3rd Series, used by the British contingent during the Suez Crisis (1956). The 4th Series was initially discussed in 1952, although not printed until 1962. Due to the lack of major foreign deployments the 4th Series remained unissued. The notes were produced by printer Bradbury Wilkinson.
