This Bolivian banknote represents the 2nd denomination of the Second Boliviano (Overstamped, Series 1986). The observe features a portrait of President Gualberto Villarroel (1908-1946), 39th President of Bolivia. The reverse features a detailed illustration of petroleum refinery.
